Executive Committee
- The senior-most secretary of Science and Technology department, Government of Assam will be the chairperson of the Executive Committee and the Director, Assam Biotechnology Council will be it's member secretary.
- The executive committee shall also consist of other stake holders representative.
- The executive committee shall review and monitor the execution of the policy objectives.
- The executive committee shall have the power to recommend disbursement of various incentives under this policy to the apex committee
