About Us

To promote Assam as an attractive and competitive destination for investments in the field of Biotechnology and allied areas, Government of Assam have offered various incentives/benefits to all eligible Biotechnology Infrastructure, Biotechnology Parks, Biotechnology Units, Biotechnology Start Ups, Biotechnology Incubators/Incubation Centers set up/to be set in the State and Biotechnology research and education. They shall be entitled for benefits offered under the Biotechnology Policy for the State of Assam 2018-2022.

The guidelines have been framed under the provisions of Clause-5.3 of Biotechnology Policy for theState of Assam 2018-2022 with the objective of specifying the procedures to be observed for gettingincentives,
